Hessian Flowers Inspiration by Nic

Nic always amazes me with her creativity.
She has the most ingenious ideas sometimes.

She used an empty toilet roll to make the cutest gift wrapping ever!!

Fabric stitched centre and finished off with a scalloped circle and twine for the message,
as well as one of my hessian flowers.

I love it!
Thanks for sharing, Nic!

Pretty Things on Pinterest: Fascinators

It’s been a big week in racing here in Australia this week.
Most women wear some sort of headwear on Race day.
I’m a BIG fan of the fasinator! It’s such an arty statement.

I found some great fascinators on Pinterest this morning.

Starting with the Queen of Fascinators herself…the Beautiful Princess Kate!

Halloween is fast approaching!
There are so many decorations in the shops at the moment.
Although it’s not huge here in Australia, our street and it’s kids all go trick or treating!
It’s become quite the event in our street, with even neighbours without kids getting involved!
Lots of fun! Nice to socilaise with the neighbours…

Today, I thought I’d show you a fabulous front door,
all decorated up ready for trick or treaters!
